Once the foods are ready in the kitchens, they must be kept at the right temperatures before and during serving. The Atosa heated lighter weight aluminum unit uses less standing space then the larger stainless steel models.

CookRite Warming and Holding Cabinet is insulated and 25 inches wide. It holds nine 18 x 26 pans. The cabinet has one tempered glass door that can be reversed in the field. It has a heating mode with a temperature range of 84°F to 207°F. The controls are dials, and there is an LED display. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It has two swivel casters and two locking casters. The cabinet uses 1.9kW of power and operates at 120v/60/1-ph. It has a NEMA 5-20P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
