Encore Restaurant Equipment started business in Seattle, Washington in 1990 and closed it's showroom doors in July 2020 . They had been in located on Seattle's Restaurant Row since 1995.

Sean Kearney of The Restaurant Warehouse has purchased Seattle's EncoreSeattle.com and re-launched it's ecommerce website November 2024,
