Q: Can anyone shop at Encore?
A: Yes - We are open to the public whether you shop on-line or set up an apppointment to visit our Showroom - everyone is welcome! Please note that warranties are voided for residential use of equipment.
Q: How much is freight?
A: We offer free freight with lift gate on All Atosa Restaurant Equipment and True Refrigeration. The delivery is to your restaurants door or what the freight company calls curbside delivery.
Q: Do you offer warranties on your new restaurant?
A: Yes - In the Seattle and the Contiguous United States we cover all commercial refrigerators, freezers, sandwich prep tables, pizza prep tables, and ice makers with a 2 years parts and labor warranty. We offer 5 year compressor warranty on all commercial refrigeration. All commercial deep fryers, griddles, charbroilers, stock pots, and hot plate come with a one year warranty for parts, service and labor. All deep fryer oil drums come with a five year warranty.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards.
We do accept Checks from established restaurants. We may wait for the check to clear before delivering or releasing your restaurant equipment.
